1. GENERAL

By submitting an order, the customer agrees to the following main terms and conditions laid out by 3BeePrinting part of 2AIM2 BV (hereafter referred to as “the company”):

• The customer is responsible for violating any copyrights of models sent to the company for 3D printing or designing. The company cannot be held responsible for violating copyrights of printed items. 

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that his/her/their order DOES NOT infringe on copyrights/trademarks/intellectual properties of other entities/individuals.

• The company agrees to treat your orders as strictly confidential.

• Every printed item will be photographed and sent to the customer. The company is not responsible for any damages to the delivered product after sending the photographs.

• Prints are only printed after full payment and generation of invoice.

• The customers do not have a right to a legal cancellation period after the order has been processed and dispatched to the customer as each order is customized for the customer. 

• The company cannot be held liable for delays, lost items at the postal service.

• The company reserves the right to refuse an order that is in conflict with its mission and value statement. 

• Creating firearms, their components, or any other models intended for the weapon industry, or models that can have ethical concerns in general, are rejected/canceled. 

• The company may, at any time during the quotation or ordering or manufacturing, revoke and/or cancel any quotation/order, if there are technical reasons to do so. In such a case, the company will reimburse the payments.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the 3D printed parts will be suited for his/her/their application and will be able to withstand any loads/stresses without any breakage/failure. The company shall not be held responsible for any damages or harm, whatsoever, caused by the use of 3D printed parts.

• The 3D printed models are not food grade. Therefore, customers are warned not to use these models for storing/consuming/transporting food/beverages/drinks, etc. Using them as such is at his/her/their own risk and the company shall not be responsible for any harm caused. 

• The company SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR FOR LOSS OF INCOME, BARGAIN, REVENUE, CONTRACTS, GOODWILL, USE, ENJOYMENT, TIME, DATA, ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED ORDERS OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE WHATSOEVER

By placing an order the user agrees to the complete terms and conditions laid out by the company.

2.   CANCELLATION POLICY AND DELIVERY TERMS 

• Prints are only printed after full payment and generation of invoice.
