1. GENERAL
By submitting an order, the customer agrees to the following main terms and conditions laid out by 3BeePrinting part of 2AIM2 company (hereafter referred to as “company”):
· Company agrees to treat your orders as strictly confidential.
· Company reserves the right to refuse an order that is in conflict with its mission and value statement.
· Company may, at any time during the quotation or order, revoke and/or cancel any quotation/order, if there are commercial reasons to do so. In such a case, Company will reimburse the payments.
· Company SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR FOR LOSS OF INCOME, BARGAIN, REVENUE, CONTRACTS, GOODWILL, USE, ENJOYMENT, TIME, DATA, ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED ORDERS OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE WHATSOEVER
By placing an order, the user agrees to the complete terms and conditions laid out by Company.
2. DELIVERY TERMS
The following delivery terms apply:
· Product(s) are only sent after full payment and generation of invoice.
· Company cannot be held liable for delays, lost items at the postal service.
· Company cannot be held liable for damaged items due to the postal service.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
We are sorry you want to cancel/return your order, nevertheless, we are here to guide you on the process!
3.1. CANCEL an order
If you want to cancel your order, please, consider the following:
· You can cancel your order free of charge before the product(s) have been shipped.
· In case the product(s) has already been sent to you, you are still entitled to exchange or return it. Please check the return/exchange section.
3.2. RETURN/EXCHANGE a product
If you want to return/exchange a product, consider:
· Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the day of purchase.
· The product should be in original condition, i.e., original packaging and with tags still on.
· You can exchange your product with a different product, or you can return the product for store credit or refund (to the original payment method).
· Customer may cover all shipping costs, i.e., in case of return with a refund, only the price of the product will be reimbursed.
How to initiate the return or exchange of a purchase?
Only returns via post are accepted. Please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Send an email to 3bee_support@2aim2.com indicating the product(s) to be returned/exchanged and the reason. In case of an exchange, please also indicate the new product(s) you want. In case of a return, please indicate if you want a store credit coupon or refund payment (to the original payment method).
2. In a maximum of 5 working days, Company will send you an email with the following information: shipping address, availability of the new product (if applicable), and final return bill.
3. Prepare the product(s) to be shipped. Ensure the product(s) is in a securely wrapped parcel. Place the returns address on the parcel. Note that the customer has to choose a carrier and pay for the shipping.
4. Send the product back. Take the parcel to a Post Office or courier. Do not forget to ask and keep the proof of posting certificate.
Remember! It is the customer's responsibility to guarantee that the returned product(s) arrives at the emailed address in good condition. The company has the right to withhold amounts for lost products and products which are found damaged on return.
When will I receive the coupon, reimbursement, or new product?
· Any refund or payment will be processed in maximum of 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the specified address.
· Store credit coupon will be sent to your email address and refunds will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
· Only the cost of the product(s) will be returned, i.e., the amount you paid excluding any delivery charges.
· In case of an exchange, your new product will be shipped. Related information will be sent to you via email.
3.3. RETURN/EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE product
If you want to return/exchange a defective product, consider:
· If you find the product(s) received are defective or damaged, please, report it as soon as possible to the email 3bee_support@2aim2.com. Provide as much precise information as possible regarding your order and the defect encountered. You can, for example, support your email with photos.
· Company will study your case and send you an email with further steps in a maximum of 14 working days. If, after examination of the product(s), Company concludes that the product(s) is defective, Company will send you an email confirming that you are entitled to an exchange or a refund.
· In case of an exchange, Company will process the order as soon as possible, and always in less than 14 working days. Consider that shipping costs occasioned after the first shipping will be covered by Company.
· In case of refund, Company will process the reimbursement in maximum of 5 working days. Note that you will be refunded in full, i.e., cost of the product(s) and shipping costs.
